Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

  • Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Item must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Refunds are only offered through the original payment method used when purchasing.
  • Items purchased from separate orders cannot be returned in the same packaging.
  • Please keep proof of your return receipt with tracking until your refund has been cleared.

Exchange Policy

  • Deathlift does not currently support exchanges. In order to get your correct fit, we recommend returning the incorrect item for a refund while placing a new order for the correct item.

Faulty Items

  • Mistakes happen! In the unlikely event that your item is damaged or incorrect, Deathlift will make it right. Please reach out to customer service with your:
  1. Order Number
  2. Item Name
  3. Photo of the damage
  • Deathlift may ask you to send back the faulty item so just hold onto it until we've reached back.
  • Your damaged item will be replaced as soon as possible!
