Returns & Exchanges
Returns
- Please submit a Return Form on the Contact Us page. Include your Name and Email Address and in the Comment Line type "RETURN" with your Order Number and Item Name.
- Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Please keep order numbers/products separate when mailing back.
- We recommend keeping your return tracking until your refund has cleared.
- Returns are only offered on the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Please submit a Return Form on the Contact Us page. Include your Name and Email Address and in the Comment Line type "EXCHANGE" with your Order Number and Item Name.
- We are happy to ship out a new item to fit your needs. Simply let us know what size you would like to exchange for and mail us back your item.
Faulty Items
We check all products for damages. If we happen to miss one please reach out to our customer service team at admin@deathliftapparel.com to have a replacement shipped out to you. We will need:
- Order Number
- Item Name
- Photo of the damage
- We may send a return label for the damaged item so please hold onto it until we have confirmed your replacement.
