Return Policy
- Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Item must be unworn and unwashed.
- Refunds are only offered through the original payment method used when purchasing.
- Items purchased from separate orders cannot be returned in the same packaging.
- Please keep proof of your return receipt with tracking until your refund has been cleared.
Exchange Policy
- Deathlift does not currently support exchanges. In order to get your correct fit, we recommend returning the incorrect item for a refund while placing a new order for the correct item.
Faulty Items
- Mistakes happen! In the unlikely event that your item is damaged or incorrect, Deathlift will make it right. Please reach out to customer service with your:
- Order Number
- Item Name
- Photo of the damage
- Deathlift may ask you to send back the faulty item so just hold onto it until we've reached back.
- Your damaged item will be replaced as soon as possible!
