Shipping

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Each item is custom made, therefore, your items will be shipped between 5-7 business days. Holidays may cause shipping delays, but we are working hard to get everything to you in a timely manner.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email providing tracking information. Just click the link to check out the status of your package.

Why isn't my tracking number updating?

Due to COVID-19, all shipping carriers have been experiencing delays. Please allow up to 48 hours before reaching out to customer support. Chances are your package is in transit and not being scanned in by carriers.

Orders

Can I make changes to my order?

We are unable to make changes to your order once it has been completed. This includes:

  • Changing the item or size
  • Adding an item
  • Shipping method

You are able to cancel your order up to 12 hours after completing. Just reach out to customer support to cancel and receive a full refund.

What if I input an incorrect address on my order?

Your shipping address can be changed up until the order has been shipped in our system. Once you have received a shipping confirmation email the address cannot be modified.

My tracking information says delivered, but I have not received it?

If USPS has delivered your package to the wrong address, or your order cannot be located, you will need to file a claim with your postal carrier for a refund.

My address was correct but my order was shipped back to you?

If everything was correct no need to worry! If packages are returned to our warehouse we will do our best to reach out and resolve the issue. Keep an eye out for an email if you haven't noticed the package being returned before it gets to us.

I am missing an item from my order?

On the off chance you are missing an item, please reach out to customer support with the following:

  1. Order Number
  2. Item missing

Once you've reached out our customer support team will fix the issue as soon as possible!

What if I received the wrong item?

If you ordered an item and received an incorrect design, size or color you can reach out to customer support with the following information:

  1. Order Number
  2. Item Ordered
  3. Item Received
  4. Photo of the incorrect item
